What we collect
When you request a quote through 4them.ca, we collect the information you provide directly: your province, gender, date of birth, coverage goals, name, phone number, email address, approximate monthly income, desired coverage amount, beneficiary preference, general health history, and your preferred appointment time.
How we use it
Your information is used to determine which coverage options may be available to you, and to connect you with a licensed insurance advisor who can confirm eligibility, pricing and policy terms. We do not sell your personal information.
How it’s stored
During your quote request, your answers are held in a secure, browser-session cookie so you can move between steps without re-entering information. This cookie clears automatically when you close your browser. Submitted information is transmitted securely and is not stored in your browser’s local storage.
Your choices
You can close your browser at any point to discard information entered during a quote request that has not yet been submitted. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you’ve already submitted, contact us using the details available on this site.
Cookies
We use session cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the multi-step quote flow (for example, remembering your name and contact details between the first and second step). These cookies are not used for advertising and expire when you close your browser.
